Join SEMVMA - SEMVMA

SEMVMA has been the professional home for veterinarians across Southeast Michigan for over 100 years. The SEMVMA membership year runs July 1 through June 30. Whether you’re an established practitioner or a recent graduate, SEMVMA membership connects you with colleagues, quality CE, and a community that supports your career. Annual dues are $180 for the year. Members who join mid-year pay a half-year fee of $90, which starts January 1 and covers through June 30.

Membership Types

Active Member — Licensed veterinarians practicing in Southeast Michigan or Canada — $180 per year
Associate Member (Out-of-Area) — Veterinarians practicing outside the SEMVMA service area. Associate members pay a reduced fee and receive full member benefits, including CE, but do not have voting privileges. If you require an out-of-area membership, please contact the office
New Grad — Recent graduates join FREE for the first year
Lifetime Member — Earned through 25 years of SEMVMA membership. There is no separate fee or application for lifetime membership
