Weather Cancellation Policy
In the event of severe weather, attendees may contact the office at SEMVMAsecretary@gmail.com to change their registration to virtual attendance.
Photo Policy
By attending SEMVMA events, you grant SEMVMA permission to publish images in which you may appear. These images may appear in marketing materials, the SEMVMA website or Facebook page, or The Corner Informer member newsletter. Please speak to the photographer or a SEMVMA employee should you have any concerns about your image being used. They will make sure you are not included in any published images. Images will never be shared with third-party organizations.
Privacy Commitment
SEMVMA recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of its members and those individuals who simply visit our site.
We do not collect or give out any information to any third-party vendors or internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us or from our website hosting provider.
